Short answer
You don't need to. TidyTweet is free, never asks for payment details and has no card on file for anyone. If a page or email asks for your card in TidyTweet's name, it isn't from us.
Is there a card on file?
No: TidyTweet has no checkout, no stored payment details and no billing system.
The old pricing page now explains that everything is free. There's no plan to upgrade, so there's nothing to pay with.
What if I see a charge?
Contact your card issuer. A charge under a similar name isn't from this site.
Your bank can tell you who the merchant really is and dispute the charge if needed. If someone is using the TidyTweet name to bill people, please tell us.
Common questions
Will TidyTweet ever charge for the tools?
The tools are free and we have no plans for paid tiers. If that ever changes, the current tools would stay free and nothing would be charged without you choosing a plan.
Someone emailed me an invoice from TidyTweet. Is it real?
No. We don't send invoices. Don't pay it and don't click its links. You can forward it to contact@tidytweet.com so we know about it.
